A nationally recognized composer, music producer, singer and songwriter with over 25 years of experience composing and producing music for film and TV, Allie n Steve has composed music for 500+ national TV commercials, over 125 feature length documentaries and independent films, a soundtrack album, podcast, and a nine song exploration of America’s musical roots.
Fluent in musical language from around the world and across time, Allie n Steve has developed strategies that allow them to work with modest budgets and still produce high end results. They have found that, by surrounding first-class performances of individual or small groups of live musicians with state-of-the-art samples and digital production, they can deliver scores with rich semiotic value. They view every request for a revision as an opportunity to explore new territory, and to piece together a musical puzzle in a new way.
